If you would like to attend activities at our centre please complete the relevant form and bring it with you to the class. If you do not have a printer or you would like help to complete the form, don’t worry! Pop in to the centre and we’re more than happy to help you before your class starts.
For Summer activities please ensure that young people have a consent form completed in full by a parent or guardian. This form must be returned to the community centre before the activity day. If we’re not in, just pop it in an envelope in our letterbox next to the front door and we’ll pick it up on the next working day.
