Stacie Jones has a BSC degree in sport and exercise coaching, Pre and Post-natal coaching and is a qualified personal trainer and holds a current DBS.
Stacie will be running child friendly post-natal fitness classes, for mothers and their babies, ages ranging from 6wks-4yrs.
With little ones at home during the day it can be hard to find time to work out, Stacie’s classes mean that you can find the time for you without having to worry about finding childcare and you can bring your baby or toddler with you.
