Our Tai Chi classes are not running at the moment as our tutor Rashid is recovering from surgery. As soon as Rashid has recovered and feels able to we will provide an update as to when it will start again. If you are new to Tai Chi and would like to attend these classes please email us your contact details so we can inform you when it starts again.
We run two Tai Chi classes at WACA, a chair based class and standing class. Both classes are held at our community centre on Meadow Lane and beginners are welcome.
